The Corporation is mainly engaged in such business undertakings as building construction works, installation of electromechanical equipment, municipal and road and bridge works, decoration and refurbishments, design and construction, building curtain walls, development of real estate, and sales of construction materials. At present, the Corporation has a staff of 1,852, among whom there are 325 engineering, technical and managerial personnel with various technical titles. Among them, 240 members belong to the engineering category and there are 139 persons with senior or intermediate technical titles. With a registered capital of RMB60 million yuan, the Corporation is endowed with strong construction capacity and relatively high technological proficiencies.

　　Since its foundation in 1987, the Corporation has been growing along with the construction of the Special Economic Zone. Therefore, its business scope and production scale have been constantly expanding while its economic benefits has been stably growing. In recent years, its annual total output value of construction undertaking has remained at RMB1 billion yuan each year. It has mainly undertaken the building construction works as represented by Zhuhai Port Square, the second phase factory building project of Hongta Renheng Paper Co., Ltd., Harbor View Hotel, the Instruction Center of the Municipal Bureau of Public Security, the Golf Villa residential area, Golden Bay residential quarter, the office building of Pearl River Water Conservancy Commission and the civil road and bridge works as represented by the remodeling of Zhuhai Lovers’ Road, W. Airport Road, S. Jingwan Road, transformation of Dongfeng Road, the approach of Lotus Flower Bridge, parking apron of Air Show China, the water supply and drainage system of Hongta municipal works and the second phase road and bridge works of Zhuhai Nanping Science & Technology Industrial Park; it also undertook the installation of large-scale equipment of Xiangzhou Waste Water Treatment Plant, Zhuhai Sports Center, and Zhuhai Port Square and the refurbishment of Seven Heaven Hotel in Shanghai, the refurbishment of Tianhe Telecommunications Building in Guangzhou, the refurbishment of the office buildings of Local Taxation Bureau and Financial Bureau in Guangzhou, as well as the curtain wall of Nanjing Textile Imports & Exports Building, the curtain wall of the Instruction Center of Zhuhai Municipal Bureau of Public Security and the curtain wall of Zhuhai International Conference Center. The Corporation has also constructed such high-rise buildings as Golden Bay residential quarter, Harbor View Hotel, Industrial and Commercial Building Yinfeng Mansion and Xianglong Mansions, which have become the symbolic buildings of Zhuhai City.

　　Regarding quality as the basis for the survival and development of the enterprise, the Corporation has established the quality principle of “Quality first, guaranteeing customer satisfactions, fulfilling the responsibilities and striving to create brand name”. It implements the standards of ISO9001: 2000 to every project department, as a result, the rates of excellence of the contracted works have been rising year by year. Among them, such works as Zhuhai Xiangzhou Waste Water Treatment Plant and the Instruction Center of Municipal Bureau of Public Security were awarded the titles of “Excellent Model Projects of Guangdong Province”, Jiujiang Bingjiang residential quarter won the title of Jiangxi Provincial Model Project, Zhuhai Livzon Comprehensive Building, the second phase of Jiuzhou residential quarter and the Parking Building of Municipal Bureau of Public Security of Zhuhai were appraised as municipal excellent model works. The Corporation was honored with the enterprise titles of “Honoring Contracts and Keeping Commercial Integrity” for consecutive years.
